Meet Anthony: a confident and kindhearted young man. Anthony, who prefers to go by Tony, is a dynamic and fun-loving young man who knows how to enjoy life and bring people together. When we asked him about his favorite memories, his answers revolved around spending time with people he cares about during a trip to North Carolina; specifically riding bikes, playing video games, tossing around a football, and having sleepovers. But don’t let those low-key activities fool you into thinking Tony is all about the chill! He’s also a big fan of adventure and loves roller coasters, making Cedar Point his dream destination for a school field trip. The thrill of twists, turns, and high speeds matches his energetic and upbeat personality.

Tony is a practical thinker, recognizing the value of education. He sees homework as a helpful tool to build a brighter future. Tony says his friends would describe him as “cool.” We concur and would add another ‘c’ adjective – confident.

Sports are a big part of Tony’s life, and his love for football is clear. He admires icons like Coach Deion Sanders and Snoop Dogg (who started a youth football league), who inspire him with their dedication and leadership. Whether it’s watching football shows like All American, Coach Snoop, and Coach Prime, or talking about famous coaches, Tony’s passion for the game is undeniable.

In his downtime, Tony enjoys watching fun movies like Marmaduke, where he roots for the underdog — literally! This shows his empathetic side, as he cheers for characters overcoming challenges and standing up for themselves. It’s no surprise that Tony is the kind of person who understands that “kids are not always perfect,” a thoughtful insight that reflects his forgiving and kind nature.

When it comes to food, Tony has a serious sweet tooth! He loves desserts like brownies, chocolate chip cookies, ice cream, and candy, but he also appreciates hearty meals like lasagna, chicken alfredo, and homemade spaghetti. If pie is on the menu, cherry or blueberry with whipped cream are his favorites, though he’d happily enjoy a slice of apple or pumpkin pie too.

Tony is also a dreamer, with big aspirations for the future. If he could switch places with anyone, it’d be rapper Lil Baby. Tony admires his success, cool cars, stylish jewelry, and the fulfilling career he’s built. In fact, Tony is saving money to buy himself a chain – maybe even one like those that Lil Baby wears. It’s clear Tony has a vision for a bright future and isn’t afraid to dream big.

When asked what he wants others to know about him, Tony simply says, “I’m a kind person.” That kindness is reflected in his open-mindedness when it comes to family. Tony is flexible and ready to embrace whatever life has in store for him.

Tony’s ideal family will recognize and celebrate his vibrant personality, his sense of humor, and his thoughtful, goal-oriented nature. He would need two parents who are experienced, and trauma informed. His new family must be open to letting Tony maintain his sibling relationships. He also would do best as the only or youngest child in his new forever family. They’ll enjoy bonding over football games, trips to amusement parks, and sharing a delicious meal together. Tony’s future family will find in him a confident, caring, and fun-loving young man who is ready to build lasting memories and tackle life’s adventures with a smile.
